we are seeking a highly analytical, relationship-focused, and solutions-oriented Investment Associate with expertise in MedTech to join our Portfolio Management team. In this role, youll manage and support a diverse portfolio of innovative startups, providing strategic guidance, facilitating valuable connections, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in venture capital, startup management, and portfolio strategy This is a hybrid role, requiring one day per week in our Jerusalem office and one day per week in our Tel Aviv office; therefore, the position is posted in both locations.
Responsibilities:

* Build and nurture strong relationships with existing portfolio companies across the MedTech sector.
* Lead comprehensive due diligence processes for potential new and follow-on investments, including financial analysis, market research, financial modeling, deal evaluation and risk assessment.
* Draft and present investment memos and theses to the investment committee, articulating rationale, risks, and strategic fit of potential investment opportunities.
* Monitor portfolio company performance, tracking KPIs, and proactively surface opportunities or risks.
* Serve as a strategic partner to founders and executive teams, providing guidance, resources, and introductions to drive growth and overcome challenges.
* Leverage OurCrowds extensive global network to identify and facilitate high-value connections, partnerships, and business opportunities.
* Develop compelling investment materials for OurCrowds platform to engage prospective investors and drive investment activity.
* Partner closely with legal, finance, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of investment processes and ongoing portfolio support.
* Prepare and deliver quarterly updates and performance reports for internal stakeholders and investors, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join our finance team, this role will play a key part in the companys global financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Managing all the intercompany transactions within the Companys affiliates worldwide, according to the Companys policies.
Acting as the primary interface with the parent companys financial reporting systems.

Preparing materials for reporting to U.S. government authorities.
Conducting ongoing audits in various fields.
Leading and supporting accounting projects.
Providing professional accounting guidance and advice to employees in other units.
