Our Customer Onboarding Managers (COM) are the face of to our new customers, during their onboarding phase; they play a critical role in their long-term success. Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects, ensuring that the projects are consistently delivered on time and with quality

Working with mid-to-large clients across Europe and Asia
Expertly handling multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring top-tier service
Monitoring customer health and delivering valuable insights to improve outcomes
Supporting clients across diverse industries and regions.
Requirements:
3+ years experience as a Customer Success Manager for SaaS businesses
Experience working with mid to large clients in Europe and/or Asia
Strong collaboration experience with Sales and Product teams to drive customer success
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Tech-savvy with strong analytical abilities and a customer-first approach
Native English speaker
Team-oriented, with a cooperative and adaptable mindset
Must be able to manage tasks autonomously and work independently
Must be able to analyze data and provide insights and value to the client.
