Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategic roadmap for business applications, supporting the companys transition to a subscription- and services-based business model.
Lead the optimization, integration, and scalability of core enterprise systems, including CRM, ERP, and sales enablement tools.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT to align technology solutions with business priorities and strategic goals.
Drive automation, standardization, and AI adoption to enhance operational efficiency, predictive analytics, and decision-making.
Oversee business intelligence and data analytics tools to enable data-driven insights and performance tracking.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all business systems in collaboration with cybersecurity and governance teams.
Manage vendor relationships and technology investments to maximize value and performance.
Lead, develop, and inspire a global team of managers and specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer obsession.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in business applications, enterprise systems, or technology leadership roles.
Proven expertise in service- and subscription-driven business models or SaaS-based organizations.
Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, recurring revenue models, and scalable enterprise architectures.
Demonstrated success driving AI adoption and automation within business systems.
Strong experience with CRM (Salesforce or similar), ERP (NetSuite, SAP, or similar), and BI/reporting platforms.
Comprehensive understanding of sales, financial, and operational processes.
Experience leading cross-functional, global teams and managing enterprise-level projects in an agile environment.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
