8+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with expertise in driving transformation and accelerating revenue growth.
3-5 years of experience selling to highly technical persona (DevOps, Developers, IT professionals)
High technical acumen and natural curiosity about Data, AI and everything in between Deep familiarity with consumption-based pricing models and SaaS business.
3-5+ years in sales leadership roles within high-growth SaaS or software environments, leading teams through change and innovation.
Advanced understanding of observability, DevOps, and cloud-native technologies. Able to identify trends and turn market shifts into business opportunities.
Proven record of consistently exceeding sales targets and scaling business across EMEA or global markets.
