Role Summary: As the Quality Program Manager, you will spearhead the quality assurance strategy across R&D, Product, and Operations, ensuring our systems meet the highest standards of reliability, compliance, and performance. You will lead Quality team, define scalable processes, and drive a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced, Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Quality Leadership
* Develop and execute the Quality Plan, aligning with program milestones and business objectives.
* Establish KPIs, metrics, and risk-based QA methodologies to monitor product reliability and process adherence.
* Lead internal/external audits and ensure compliance with defense industry regulations. Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with R&D, Product, and Delivery teams to embed QA early in the development lifecycle (SDLC).
* Drive Agile/Scrum QA practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and failure analysis.
* Mentor QA teams and engineers, fostering technical growth and accountability. Process Excellence & Innovation
* Design and optimize QA processes for hardware/software integration (e.g., radar systems, embedded software).
* Leverage statistical analysis(e.g., Weibull, MTBF) to predict and improve system reliability.
* Implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) based on field data and test results.

Required Quality Engineer

Reporting to: Operation QA Team leader
General Description:
Quality Engineer is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and correcting failures in products and processes. This role involves close collaboration with Development, Engineering, Production, and Customer service teams to ensure product and service quality.
Responsibilities:
FRACAS Management
Conduct failure analysis for products and processes.
Recommend and implement corrective actions to resolve identified failure modes.
Develop and implement quality control processes for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, manufacturing, quality) to understand the issues.
Prepare failure analysis reports and present findings to management.
Follow up on the effectiveness of corrective actions and make adjustments as necessary.
Participate in internal and external Quality audits.
Support the approval processes for new products.
Maintain detailed reports of failure investigations, findings, and corrective actions taken.
Identify opportunities for process or design improvements based on failure trends.
Analyzing Quality trends: Quality Yield , KPIs , CoPQ (Costs of Poor Quality), Customers Rating, RMA, ,Quarterly data analysis for QBR
Investigate and analyze product failures, identifying root causes using techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA), fault tree analysis (FTA), or failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA).

Required Program QA Engineer
Department: QA
Reporting to: Director of Quality
Responsibilities:
Review of Contract ,Customer SOW and SPEC requirements to ensure compliance of design and production.
Approve gates review at R&D
PLCM (Project Life Cycle Management) process control, full partnership in project management during the development, testing, production, customer delivery and customer support phases throughout the product life
Identifying regulatory Gaps in new and carrent projects
Perform Internal and External Audits
QA presence in R&D process (capacity) and ability to prevent errors in design
Follow up after R&D corrective and preventive actions and Improvement Plans
Transfer products from development to NPI and serial production (QA activities)
Review and approval ECO / MCO / ATP/ATR, Waiver relate to R&D , ENG
Writing QA procedures
FRACAS Management
Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP) and the Quality Allocation Tasks for the program.
Customer complince relate to NPI , Pre production , design errors
Perform Quarterly data analysis for QBR.

Responsibilities:
Solutions Engineer is subject matter experts (SME) with specialized technology experience in complex systems, which involves mechanics, electronics, software and RF.
The processes of preparation of all assigned proposals, from requirement analysis and Bid-No-Bid processes, through solution/offering concept, proposal integration and write-up, and up to completion of the proposal documentation, risk analysis, competition analysis, costing and presentation to the customer.
Work closely with technical specialists, product managers, subcontractors / potential 3rd party solution partners, sales, finance, R&D, operations, executive team and with other company team members.
Ensure that the proposal conforms to the requirements, instructions, evaluation criteria and the SOW.
Develop and maintain proposal generation processes and tools, as well as proposal templates.
The Solutions Engineer must be well-versed in the selling companys portfolio of products and services and keep up with new technologies entering the market.
Provides coaching and professional development to the sales team member associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
