We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team and help expand us beyond our PLG SMB base into larger clients and enterprise customers. This role will focus on sales enablement and enterprise adoption: partnering closely with Sales, R&D, and our AI teams to unlock bigger, faster, and more scalable deals.

This is not a feature factory role. You will balance the needs of high-value customers with the companys long-term product vision ensuring we accelerate sales while building capabilities that scale.


Responsibilities:
Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, with a focus on features that unblock sales, shorten deal cycles, and increase expansion revenue.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deeply understand enterprise client requirements and turn them into scalable product opportunities.
Work closely with AI and R&D to define and deliver solutions that balance enterprise needs with PLG simplicity.
Prioritize ruthlessly under sales pressure decide when to commit, when to push back, and when to find creative alternatives.
Drive continuous discovery: interview customers, shadow sales calls, analyze feedback, and validate assumptions before heavy investment.
Define and track success metrics tied to both customer adoption and sales outcomes.

In this role youll:

In your day-to-day, youll be responsible to drive our automation efforts to the next level, to allow us to reach infinite scale. Our efforts are focused on automating all of the touch points we have with our customers including handling their claims, replying to their questions to customer support, and reviewing risk factors. By doing so, we optimize our operational efficiency and drive delightful customer experience.

As part of your work youll get to use the latest GenAI tools and LLMs powered by our home grown internal tools.

Youll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders within our Customer Ops team.

With an in-depth knowledge of our customer-facing teams, products, and brand, youll create product strategies consistent with the companys vision, and translate them into detailed requirements and prototypes.

Youll prioritize tasks as needed, and come up with creative new ideas to expand our product functions, and improve scalability and automation efforts.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be leading the development of one of our flagship products: our Commerce solution. This product enables Commerce advertisers to effortlessly manage and optimize their campaigns across 100+ retailers and marketplaces, using AI and data-driven insights.
You will be building your industry expertise, working with leading brands and agencies, partners, customer success, and sales teams, driving new capabilities and innovations, and basing the future of our products on this experience.
You will study market needs and trends across the industry and serve as the customer's voice to represent their needs, processes, and required solutions inside the company.

This role focuses on creating, owning, and scaling products and features that help commodity traders, shipowners, operators, and bunkering companies optimize decision-making across the maritime value chain. By embedding AI-driven workflows and automation into Maritime AI, you will enable customers to streamline pre-fixture and operational processes, unlock efficiencies, and transform how they operate.

Depending on your experience, you may focus on supporting and scaling existing product lines, or take full ownership of new products, leading them from ideation through production and adoption. In both cases, youll collaborate with developers, data scientists, and analysts, as well as engage directly with commercial teams and customers to ensure impact.

What will you do?

Collaborate with developers, data scientists, analysts, and UX designers to deliver products built on proprietary AI models and data flows.
Contribute to platform-wide initiatives that apply across all verticals, enhancing core platform and data pipelines.
Drive the promotion and adoption of Generative AI-powered features, showcasing their value and impact to customers.
Partner with commercial teams and engage directly with customers to capture needs, validate solutions, and drive adoption.
Monitor performance post-launch, leveraging analytics and customer feedback to iterate and maximize impact.
Depending on experience, lead larger-scale initiatives that extend the reach and impact of Maritime AI beyond T&S.
