We're looking for an ambitious Office Administrator for our Algorithm Production group in the R&D department.
This is a temporary student position (80%), requiring availability 5 days a week: 4 days in our Jerusalem office and 1 day working from home.
What your job will look like:
Provide ongoing administrative support for senior management.
Manage the day-to-day calendar of senior management and schedule meetings.
Lead administrative processes and projects within the group.
Assist with ad hoc projects, communications, email management, and/or meeting materials as requested.
Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents.
Manage the group's budgets.
Establish relationships with key stakeholders and work closely with the senior management of the group.
Requirements: Student for an MBA/ BA degree.
High level of written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English).
1-3 years of experience in a similar role from a technology company.
Availability to start working at the beginning of November.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organization skills essential - able to plan, prioritize, and multi-task when managing with a heavy workload.
Highly resourceful problem solver and a fast learner who gets things done.
