As a Senior Automation Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining the core components of our automation ecosystem. You will collaborate with automation engineers, developers, DevOps, and QA to design and enhance infrastructure for comprehensive end-to-end, component, API, and UI testing. Your work will enable teams to accelerate their testing cycles through reliable and efficient tooling.
This is a hands-on engineering role with significant ownership and impact across multiple teams and services.
Your Role & Impact
Design, build, and maintain scalable automation infrastructure and tools for E2E, API, UI, and component testing.
Develop and extend automation services using Python and BDD-based frameworks.
Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, and development teams to integrate test infrastructure into CI/CD pipelines.
Identify and implement improvements in test stability, performance, and developer experience.
Build and maintain test utilities for reporting, debugging, and failure triage (e.g., log collection, dashboards).
Investigate test infrastructure issues, identify root causes, and drive resolutions to improve reliability
Ensure infrastructure and tools support test execution across environments (e.g., Dockerized, cloud-native deployments).
Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing across teams.

This role is a unique opportunity to combine technical leadership, hands-on development, and acting as a Scrum Master for the team, ensuring our automation solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
As Automation Infrastructure Tech Lead, you will lead the development of automation infrastructure and services using Python and a BDD framework, collaborating closely with automation engineers and development teams. Additionally, you will design and implement test infrastructure for end-to-end, component, API, and UI testing, providing test automation infrastructure as a service for automation and development teams.
This role requires deep hands-on involvement, strong problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of our product and its deployment environments.
Your Role Impact:
Architect, evolve, and scale test automation infrastructure for end-to-end, API, UI, and component tests.
Provide mentorship, best practices, code reviews and technical guidance to automation and development teams.
Facilitate Agile best practices by acting as a Scrum Master, managing task allocation based on priority and team capacity, and ensuring seamless collaboration within the team.
Own, develop, and maintain scalable test automation infrastructure across teams.
Enhance and optimize BDD-based testing framework, improving efficiency and scalability.
Improve automation services and tools (e.g., reporting, debugging, and troubleshooting tools).
Analyze infrastructure failures, troubleshoot root causes, and drive improvements and stability.
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment.
