Key Responsibilities:

Cloud & Systems Administration

Design, implement, and maintain secure access patterns across AWS, GCP, Azure, and other cloud environments (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Alibaba).
Manage IAM policies, SSO integrations, and role-based access controls across multi-cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms.
Support and administer AWS resources including EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and VPC configurations.
Automate repetitive cloud and IT administrative tasks using Python and PowerShell scripting.
Support day-to-day administration of on-premise infrastructure.
Manage virtual environments using VMware ESXi and vCenter, ensuring high availability and performance.
Administer networking components such as switches, routers, firewalls etc.
Conduct hardware provisioning, installation, maintenance, and upgrades as required.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to physical and virtual servers, storage, and networking.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior IT Expert to help develop our Global IT team, lead global IT operations, and drive its growth. This role combines hands-on work with management responsibilities to enhance our IT capabilities.

Description:

Maintain and develop global IT assets:
Systems, laptops, licenses, networks, cloud-based applications, meeting rooms, etc.

Work closely with our suppliers, make orders, and manage the inventory.
Run a high-class efficient help desk to support our hardworking end-users
and delight them with everything they need.
Work closely with Operations, DevOps and Security teams to implement our access policy
MDM (Intune, Jamf): configure users & devices policy, compliance policy, etc.
Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, QoS, latency, etc.)
Systems implementation and integration projects.

Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, Microsoft Entra ID (FKA: Azure AD), Mac OS, Windows, networks (VLAN, NPS, VPN, RADIUS, firewall), WSUS, WDS, Wi-Fi, Ubuntu, Virtualization VMWare.

As Site Reliability Engineer on the IT Production team in our TLV Office, youll play a vital role in building robust services and solving infrastructure challenges with automations while working with cutting-edge technologies and bringing those to their limits on our mostly on-prem cloud like infrastructure.
As a Site Reliability Engineer, youll bring value by:
Ensure Reliability & Scalability: Design, implement and manage highly reliable and scalable distributed systems across our on-premise, cloud and AI/ML environments. Proactively optimize performance, efficiency, resource utilization and cloud cost.
Drive Automation: Automate repetitive tasks, infrastructure provisioning, configuration and deployments using IaC and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust).
Develop Observability & Capacity: Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system health. Collaborate on capacity planning to meet future growth.
Maintain Security & Compliance: Integrate security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Lead Incident Management: Participate in on-call rotations, lead incident responses and conduct root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
Foster Collaboration & Improvement: Work closely with development, operations and security teams to drive shared responsibility and continuous improvement in SRE practices.
