Technical Characterization and System Design:
Spearhead the technical characterization, system design, and architecture of radar-based electronic systems.
Drive innovation and efficiency in system design processes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Leadership in Field and Lab Experiments:
Lead field and lab experiments to validate and optimize system functionalities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan system tests layout, ensuring comprehensive and insightful results.
Performance Data Analysis:
Analyse system performance data to derive meaningful insights and recommendations.
Implement data-driven improvements and optimizations to enhance overall system efficiency.

As a Software Architect you will take a significant part in designing and reviewing our architecture decisions, serve as a technical consultant and see the large picture of technology stack and its architecture. This is not a docs and slides position, were looking for an architect who wishes and can stay hands-on and be able to dive into multidisciplinary complex issues and independently solve them. You will work closely with R&D leads and engineers to ensure engineering best practices and excellency.

We are seeking an Architect to join the Office of the CTO and be part of a group of Architects who provide technical leadership and help Engineering build next-generation products to manage modern software releases.

As a Software Architect you will...
Define architectural approaches and detailed technical Engineering specifications.
Develop architectural POCs, research technical innovations and evaluate new technologies.
Provide architectural oversight and guidance to Engineering teams, negotiate trade-offs and drive issues to closure.
Work with Product Management to understand business requirements and market trends.
Review code and perform acceptance testing to ensure quality and consistency with architectural vision.
Help to steer the architectural and Engineering priorities of the company.
