We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer Success Operations team. This is an entry-level role designed for candidates eager to learn how to support IoT-based supply chain visibility solutions. You will assist customers and internal teams by troubleshooting IoT devices, platforms, and data -related issues, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional service. Full training and mentoring will be provided
Responsibilities
Respond to basic support inquiries from customers, partners, and internal teams via email, chat, and phone
Guide users through device activation, platform login, and shipment tracking features
Assist in troubleshooting hardware connectivity (cellular, GPS), platform login, and data accuracy issues
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in IT, Logistics Technology, or related field is a plus)
612 months of experience in Technical Support, IT helpdesk, or similar customer-facing technical role
Basic understanding of computers, cloud platforms, and mobile applications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Willingness to learn IoT hardware and supply chain systems
