This is a pivotal role responsible for leading the organization's strategic transformation from a traditional VM-based environment to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) The CloudOps Engineer will steer the technical direction, working alongside DevOps and CloudOps units to ensure consistent, automated, and secure deployment processes. Responsibilities:
Lead Technical Transformation: Spearhead the migration strategy of customer environments from legacy VM platforms to the AKS platform, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime. Infrastructure Architecture & Automation: Design and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS). Manage and author complex Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible as the organizational standard. Mentoring & Professional Leadership: Provide technical mentorship to OPS engineers, conduct infrastructure code reviews, and implement operational best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Development and Project Delivery teams to ensure seamless application integration and deployments.
