In this role, you'll be the voice of DigiKeyhelping customers succeed by promoting our digital tools, streamlining operations, and building strong internal partnerships.

Deliver world-class customer support and service
Promote and guide customers through DigiKeys digital platforms
Collaborate across departments to support strategic initiatives
Help drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Communicate professionally across all levels of the organization
Requirements: What You Bring:
Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Familiarity with Office 365 and willingness to learn DigiKey systems
Experience with tools like eGain, SharePoint, Cisco Finesse, Webex, Adobe Acrobat, and more
