Were looking for a creative, responsible, and detail-oriented Senior Content Manager (maternity replacement, 6 months) who loves the written word and can own our content strategy from end to end. You will work across web, blog, email, case studies, reports and scripts to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate understands the value of meaningful storytelling in marketing and thrives on variety while collaborating with other teams in a fast-paced environment
What you'll be doing:
Develop a full range of content across the funnel including blog posts, thought leadership, web copy, newsletters, email sequences, ads, scripts, and more
Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, demand gen, and design teams to support key initiatives including product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement
Use AI tools to brainstorm ideas, draft sections and create visuals, accelerating output while maintaining brand voice and quality
Ensure message consistency and brand tone across all content formats and distribution channels
Leverage data and research to shape content that supports both brand building and performance goals
Stay up to date with industry trends, accessibility best practices and emerging AI tools to continuously improve our content
Requirements: Native English speaker
4+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial management or a related field
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for diverse audiences and format
Experience producing long-form content, web copy, emails, reports, and scripts
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
