Responsibilities
Develop processes and documentation that ensure reliable and compliant manufacturing operations of NPI releases
Write and update work instructions and other documents (e.g. specifications, procedures,)
Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOMs) from NPI through production release
Create and implement engineering change orders (ECO) at system integrators
Partner with Engineering to design, source and qualify new hardware platforms
Work with cross functional teams of engineers and suppliers to drive RCCA on NPI hardware and software
Lead NPI projects for the Technical Operations team and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
Review and approve First Article Inspections at all global factories
Summarize and communicate NPI yields and quality issues to the leadership team
Communicate concisely verbally and in writing to leadership. Will be required to present monthly and quarterly NPI status reports
Lead global product compliance certification with suppliers and 3rd party labs (UL, CE, BIS, KC, BSMI, etc.).
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
10+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing operations with demonstrated experience taking products from design to mass production (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP)
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and work instruction generation
Understand manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies and techniques
Hands on experience with Engineering Change (EC) processes, BOM structures, and new product introduction releases

Requirements:
12 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role in a tech or product-focused environment.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent).
Familiarity with Gantt charts and basic project planning methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation.
