Requirements:
Must-Have Requirements
BA/B.Sc. from a leading university.
5+ years of experience in QA, System QA, or Integration QA for complex distributed systems.
Required Certifications: Must hold recognized industry certifications proving baseline competence, including an active ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or equivalent) AND at least one recognized Networking or Security certification (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+).
Test Automation: Hands-on experience maintaining, and scaling automated test suites (Python heavily preferred, Pytest, or similar frameworks).
Multi-Component Testing: Practical experience testing distributed systems and API- driven architectures.
Core Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, port routing, VPNs, secure tunnels, and client-server models.
Infrastructure & Observability: Strong Linux proficiency. Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and log aggregation/telemetry tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog).
Protocol Knowledge: Practical understanding of REST APIs and WebSocket communication.
Cross-Stack Validation: Experience testing modern Web applications and backend services simultaneously.

Experience working with SDR (Software Defined Radio) or RF-based systems.
Background in cybersecurity, secure communication protocols, or encrypted networks.
Experience with Non-Functional Testing (Performance, Load, Stress) using tools like JMeter or Locust.
SQL experience, specifically with analytical or time-series databases.
Military defense-system, intelligence sector, or field-deployment background.
Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and scaling automated test suites.

Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in RF testing and measurement techniques - Must
Strong proficiency in Python programming - Big advantage
Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, calibration procedures, and test standards
Proven capability working with RF test equipment (VSGs, Spectrum Analyzers, network analyzers, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of RF calibration procedures and standards.
Ability to design and build complex RF test setups using attenuators, couplers, and other RF components.
Advantages / Nice to Have:
Familiarity with drone RF systems, including communication protocols and regulatory requirements
Experience with industry-standard automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, ELK) and software development processes (e.g., Agile, CI/CD).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and documentation practices.
Knowledge of wireless communication standards (e.g., Wi-Fi, cellular technologies).

Combined network engineering depth with thorough software habits.

5+ years of hands-on QA or networking experience, backed by CCNP-equivalent protocol knowledge: L2 (VLAN, STP), L3 (BGP, OSPF), EVPN, VXLAN, and advanced features like PFC, ECN, RoCE, and QoS.

Production-quality Python engineering-specifically, strong OOP design and hands-on experience with Pytest.

Deep Linux proficiency (at an LPIC-1 or LPIC-2 level) to navigate system internals, analyze logs, and debug effectively.

Clear verbal and written communication, with professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

B.Sc. or or B.A. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar background.


Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Experience with Docker and traffic generation tools (Ixia, TRex, Scapy).

Hands-on experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Working knowledge of virtualization platforms (KVM, VMware).

8+ overall years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing software development teams.

Proven ability to lead technical teams: hiring, mentoring, technical roadmapping, and cross-team influence.

Experienced with developing software automated tests.

Strong Python programming skills.

Demonstrated experience designing and operating CI/CD systems at scale (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward measurable outcomes and data-driven decisions.


Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Deep Linux expertise: system internals, networking stack, process management, and scripting.
