Reporting the Sr. Manager of FP&A, this hybrid role will act as the primary finance business partner to our R&D organization while also owning the accounting operations for our Israeli entity. Youll help shape investment strategy across product and engineering, ensure compliance and control on all Israel finance and accounting operations, and support the broader FP&A planning and reporting cycles.
You will:
Own all financial planning and forecasting for R&D, including headcount planning, operational expenses, long-range planning, and budget vs. actuals reporting
Analyze R&D spend, track capitalized vs. expensed development costs, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
