Your Role & Impact:

Design, build, and maintain scalable automation infrastructure and tools for E2E, API, UI, and component testing.

Develop and extend automation services using Python and BDD-based frameworks.

Identify and implement improvements in test stability, performance, and developer experience.

Build and maintain test utilities for reporting, debugging, and failure triage (e.g., log collection, dashboards).

Ensure infrastructure and tools support test execution across environments (e.g., Dockerized, cloud-native deployments).

As Automation Infrastructure Tech Lead, you will lead the development of automation infrastructure and services using Python and a BDD framework, collaborating closely with automation engineers and development teams. Provide mentorship, best practices, code reviews and technical guidance to automation and development teams.

Own, develop, and maintain scalable test automation infrastructure across teams.
