We are looking for an experienced A Computer Vision Team Leader who will join our algo group and lead a team of two talented senior algo engineers.
In this role, you will lead the development of new products from concept to production while creating diverse algorithms based on computer vision and deep learning.
A day in the life and how youll make an impact:
Lead a team of algorithm Computer Vision engineers developing novel and efficient algorithms from concept to production
Development using 3D reconstruction, stereo, geometry, and SLAM
Combine the proper algorithm method to the problem - computer vision & deep learning respectively.
Evaluate and benchmark different algorithms on unique proprietary datasets.
Collaborate with team members to define future technology and features.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in algorithmic research and implement best practices in algorithm development

Required Senior Computer Vision Engineer
Description
As a senior algorithms developer, you'll be at the forefront of building a reliable 3D understanding of the environment. This involves transforming image-plane detections into birds-eye view (BEV), followed by tracking, measurements, and optionally multi-sensor fusion. Your work will focus on estimating distance and kinematic properties for dynamic objects, and 3D positions for lanes, using techniques such as Kalman filtering, optical flow, polynomial fitting, and multi-frame reasoning over temporal data.
Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, process data, implement robust algorithms, and ensure consistent system performance under real-world conditions.
Responsibilities
Develop algorithms for 3D perception, including computational geometry, optical flow, multi-frame reasoning, and tracking
Build modules for object tracking and kinematic estimation, including distance (via geometric reasoning and road contact assumptions) and velocity (via temporal displacement and scale change from optical flow)
Design components for prediction, sensor fusion, and planner support
Analyze large-scale data, contribute to data pipeline design, and build tools to evaluate algorithm accuracy, robustness, and runtime
Diagnose and resolve algorithmic issues, including edge-case handling and performance bottlenecks
Take ownership of the full development cycle: from KPI definition and prototyping to validation, integration, and release
Collaborate with software, data, and validation teams to ensure seamless deployment and production readiness.

Leading role in developing systems and algorithms for Cellular modems:
Advanced modulation and demodulation techniques, channel estimation and tracking, radio impairments compensation, and more
Multidisciplinary problem-solving, development of classical and data-driven algorithms with end-to-end simulation
Present your work effectively to engineering and executive management

Proven track record in leading or coordinating cross-functional teams and excellent inter-personal capabilities.
Strong understanding in one of WiFi, Bluetooth, Thread or related protocols
In-depth understanding and strong hands-on experience on 802.11/BT technologies and standards
Hands-on experience with python scripting for data analysis and visualization
Hands-on experience working with wireless sniffers and protocol analyzers to debug and root cause system level issues
Excellent analytical and debugging skills
Effective communication skills, particularly with technical content.
Highly organized, creative, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving results.
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
A successful track-record or demonstrated aptitude as a Software Engineering Manager.
