As an algorithms developer, you'll be at the forefront of creating and optimizing advanced algorithms for autonomous driving - creating a perception for the 3d world, and performing actions to make your way in this environment. This is a hads-on role, involving machine-learning, mathematical modeling, control-theory and algorithmic solutions to a varietly of problems, all to ensure our systems perform flawlessly in real-world conditions.

Responsibilities:
As an algorithms developer, you will be responsible for:
Write algorithms to improve our 3d perception of the environment, such as computational geometry, object detection, tracking and prediction
craft new evaluation methods to measure the effect of your models
Diagnosing and solving algorithmic issues that are affecting our performance.
work with large amounts of data, taking part in data-pipeline designs
take ownership of the developement life-cycle: defining the target kpi's, developement and testing, release and integration
extract insights from large amounts of data, contributing to the developement decision making process.
Integrating algorithms with existing frameworks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Algorithms Team Leader to lead our Computer Vision and Deep Learning team. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise, strategic thinking, and team mentorship to drive the development of cutting-edge AI-powered solutions.

As the Algorithms Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented algorithms developers in researching, designing, developing, and deploying advanced algorithms from research to scalable production systems. Responsibilities

Lead and grow a high-performing team of algorithm engineers in the fields of computer vision, deep learning, photogrammetry, and robotics.
Work hand-in-hand with both the CTO office and the product team to shape and execute our AI and algorithms roadmap, ensuring that our innovations translate into business impact. Represent the team in technical and strategic discussions, both internally and externally.
Serve as a key liaison between the algorithms team and other departments, ensuring alignment on plans, project goals, and deliverables with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and QA, to ensure alignment on project goals and successful integration of AI features.
Oversee the full algorithm development lifecyclefrom concept and research to implementation, integration, and deployment.
Contribute to the development of intellectual property, including patents and technical publications. Identify new trends and drive adoption of state-of-the-art techniques to maintain our leadership in the domain.

Required Algorithm Developer
The Role:
As an Algorithm Developer, you will be part of the AI team that develops AI-based products and maintains them in production at scale (1700+ hospitals).
As part of the Al team you will:
Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable AI algorithms tailored to real-world challenges in clinical settings.
Prepare, process, and analyze complex medical data to support algorithm development and validation.
Ensure the reliability, performance, and accuracy of algorithms in production, including troubleshooting, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Clinical Specialists to translate clinical and business needs into data-driven solutions.
Research, develop and integrate cutting-edge deep learning techniques and classical computer vision and medical imaging methodologies.
Apply NLP and large language models (LLMs) to extract insights from unstructured medical texts and develop intelligent agents for optimized clinical decision support
Stay up to date with cutting-edge advancements in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Large Language Models. Organize and actively participate in seminars, book clubs, and conferences.
Have an opportunity to co-author papers and abstracts for leading medical journals and scientific conferences.
