What Were Looking For?
Were seeking a Learning Specialist to manage key aspects of our training function. This role involves designing impactful learning experiences, leading engaging training sessions and workshops, and helping employees across various teams reach their full potential. Youll work closely with team members and leaders to drive both professional and organizational growth through high-quality learning initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing?
Identify training needs and develop the annual training plan and budget
Manage and execute the training budget
Implement, coordinate, and support learning programs
Define and track key learning KPIs
Manage relationships with training and workshop vendors
Facilitate selected training sessions and workshops
Requirements: B.A. in a relevant field (M.A. an advantage)
24 years of experience in training management, instructional design, training delivery, or course development
Experience in defense or high-tech industries an advantage
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
Experience facilitating leadership development processes a strong advantage
Familiarity with LMS administration and learning technologies an advantage
Eager to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment that requires resilience and dedication
