What Youll Do:
Develop and maintain software infrastructure and solutions to support the efficient development, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning models and our surveillance pipe solution in production.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality, production-ready machine learning models and a fully integrated scalable solution.
Design and implement software architecture for machine learning solutions.
Work with containerized environments such as Kubernetes and Docker.
Utilize AWS for cloud-based machine learning solutions.
Conduct unit testing and ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices are followed.
Work in a production environment and closely with data science teams to ensure seamless model deployment and maintenance.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, software development, and related technologies.

As a team leader, you will take end-to-end ownership of a key domain within our Pricing and Rating group. You will be responsible for designing and delivering new features, driving architectural and infrastructural evolution, and ensuring production readiness. You are expected to lead both technically and organizationally, helping your team grow while maintaining high standards of engineering and delivery.

Participate in and lead high-level design and architecture discussions.

A high-scale, real-time processing system designed to help teams detect, respond to, and resolve critical issues efficiently. The platform ingests and analyzes logs, metrics, and tracing data in real-time, enabling customers to set up mission-critical alerts tailored to their needs.

What Youll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Take ownership of end-to-end development of our products and features, from design and scalability to production.
Solve complex, high-scale problems and drive architectural decisions to ensure performance and scalability.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define priorities and enhance product quality.
Promote a culture of technical excellence through code reviews, mentorship, and team-building initiatives.

We are looking for a Software Engineer Team Lead to guide a talented team in building and evolving our Data pipeline team. This team develops modern, cloud-native production systems that process terabytes of data daily. This role will be at least 50% hands on.
