Own the design of data models that transform raw data into actionable insights, and define their strategic use to inform decisions that fuel growth and optimize marketing strategies
Leverage technical skills to work with vast amounts of data, establish measurement frameworks, and analyze results to align activities with north star objectives and identify areas for growth
Conduct funnel and behavioral analyses, research key metrics, and extract actionable insights to enhance user journeys and uncover new opportunities
Collaborate with teams across Marketing and our company to understand business needs, translate them into data solutions, and align efforts with strategic goals
Create and execute A/B tests, evaluate results with statistical rigor, and provide deeper insights from detailed analysis to inform ongoing optimization
Build automated tools, design dashboards, and empower stakeholders to track and understand key metrics, making data both accessible and actionable for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis on large data sets (preferably from an online company)
Education in a field emphasizing quantitative analysis (such as industrial engineering, finance, statistics, or economics)
Excellent analytical, visualization and presentation skills
Independent, fast learner with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional proficiency in English with great communication skills, both spoken and written
Hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, or experience with coding languages and a good understanding of relational databases - an advantage.
