Key Responsibilities
Market Growth: Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for defense and security sectors across Europe, Asia-Pacific and Middle East.
Partnerships & Sales: Build relationships with naval forces, defense integrators, and government agencies; lead complex sales and tender processes.
Strategy & Insight: Identify new opportunities, understand procurement ecosystems, and deliver strategic input on regional defense needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, R&D, and Sales Engineering to adapt solutions for defense applications.
Requirements:
10+ years in business development or sales within defense, security, or dual-use tech.
Strong network in international defense ecosystems.
Proven track record in introducing new technologies to government and military clients.
Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Deep knowledge of defense procurement and maritime operations.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Willingness to travel (up to 40%).
