We are looking for a motivated Junior SAP CRM Consultant to support the implementation and ongoing operations of our cloud-based SAP Customer Relationship Management system. This role involves working with SAPs modern cloud CRM platform, supporting sales and service processes, and collaborating closely with business teams to translate requirements into system solutions. A full-time, hybrid position based in central Israel. Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAPs cloud-based CRM system

As part of our professional services team, you will be responsible for creating and managing the document design process for our clients. Starting with communicating with the client and understanding their needs, then breaking the needs down to a work plan and finally designing the documents for the clients.

You will be designing documents, creating templates with Docomotion tools, instructing clients on document design, and interacting with our clients from around the world (Entry-level position).

We are looking for a talented and driven Modern Workplace Adoption & Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with global clients to lead the successful adoption and integration of Microsoft 365 tools, AI assistants (such as Microsoft Copilot), and other modern workplace technologies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in implementation, user training, and ongoing enablement, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people embrace digital change.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation projects for Microsoft 365 and AI-based productivity tools with global clients.

About the Group: As an IS Implementation Engineer, you will join our company's Information Systems department. The team gathers business requirements and is responsible for new implementations, developments, and system support. You will identify knowledge gaps, create, implement, and manage training and development programs for employees and business customers. Work closely with various teams at our company: software, safety, products, project managers, operations, etc.
What will your job look like:
Day-to-day management and administration of requirement/asset systems, including workflows, user accounts and permissions, custom fields, dashboards, reports, project creation, etc.
Collaborate with various teams, define business processes related to requirements management, and serve as the focal point for consolidating requests and needs.
Provide end-user coaching, training, and support, including ongoing maintenance of training documentation and management of the submitted ticket queue.
Offer both technical and process solutions to address requirements, and evaluate alternate solutions.
Lead system changes and deployment of new requests and fixes.
Develop efficient dashboards and live reports that provide added value to users and managers.

As a Salesforce Implementor, you will play a key role in the technical implementation of our products and Salesforce solutions to meet customer-specific requirements.
