We are seeking a data-driven Growth hacker / Growth Marketing Manager to own multi-channel demand generation campaigns and full-funnel optimisation. What you'll do:
Full, hands-on ownership of paid advertising in our company: Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ad campaigns, Google Ads, YouTube, and other B2B-relevant platforms.

Requirements:

Proven hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and programmatic advertising - campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Salesforce, GA4. Familiarity with PowerBI, Tableau or similar tools - an advantage
A geeky number cruncher who is comfortable and experienced in applying technical solutions (e.g., scripting, APIs, automation tools like Python, JavaScript, SQL, Zapier, Make) to drive growth initiatives.
