We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who gets energized by owning something meaningful from strategy to launch someone who loves the challenge of making behavior change feel effortless and even fun.
What Youll Be Working On:
Own the product roadmap and strategy - prioritize smartly, define MVPs, and align with both business and user goals.
Turn user insights into intuitive experiences - run interviews, synthesize feedback, and translate needs into flows and features.
Collaborate cross-functionally - work with design, engagement, clinical, and R&D teams to shape experiences that feel seamless and human.
Drive measurable impact - define KPIs, dig into data, and iterate based on what works (and what doesnt).
Manage execution with clarity - write solid requirements, lead sprint cycles, and launch features that deliver real value.
Requirements: Have 5+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing digital products
3+ years of experience in optimizing the ins and outs of what makes consumer products engaging.
Bring strong product sense and a sharp eye for detail, with the empathy to design for users 50+
Are comfortable working across functions, aligning diverse teams around a shared goal
Know how to balance structure with speed - youre organized, but know when to adapt
Are data-fluent - you use metrics to steer decisions, not just justify them
Can speak tech with engineers, UX with designers, and outcomes with business teams
Bonus: Experience with regulatory environments, clinical content, or designing for older adults
