Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Admin to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a student role, ideal for a BA student in Communication, Business Management, or Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all marketing materials comply with company regulations, managing vendor relationships, and handling various administrative tasks to support the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Raising and Approving Materials: Ensure all marketing assets comply with company regulations and legal requirements. This includes obtaining necessary approvals for all marketing materials.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, including raising purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
Content Uploading: Upload marketing materials to the companys various channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Team Support: Assist with any other responsibilities delegated by the marketing team to ensure smooth operations and successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a BA in Communication, Business Management, or Marketing.
Administrative and computer skills:
High proficiency in office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High proficiency in design applications (image and video editing programs, non-specific).
Fluent in reading and writing in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Availability for at least two whole days a week; more is an advantage.
Flexibility in working hours and completing objectives, and patience to lead complex and demanding processes.
At least two years of academic studies left; more is an advantage.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Expertise in digital marketing, social media, content development, and SEO.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
