Managing receipts and travel expense reports.
Locating invoices for monthly closings.
HR assistance:
Assisting with interview coordination.
Managing office catering and orders.
Procurement and office equipment management.
Marketing assistance:
Booking flights and hotels for conferences.
Managing shipments and marketing materials.
Preparing client and partner gifts.
Coordinating photoshoots and company events.
Remote position. Working 1 day a week in our Binyamina office, next to the train station
