We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will serve as an extension of our COO, providing support in both Sales Operations and General Operations. Youll play a critical role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, helping to drive strategic growth and optimize processes across the company. Key Responsibilities:
Support the COO in Operational Strategy: Act as a right hand to the COO, assisting with the development and implementation of operational strategies that align with our growth objectives.
Oversee sales operations functions to streamline processes, track KPIs, and support the sales team with analytics and insights.
Manage CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights to improve sales forecasting, pipeline management, and quota attainment.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, engagement, and reporting.
Develop and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency across departments, including project management, resource allocation, and workflow improvements.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to support the scaling of our services, ensuring consistent quality and process alignment.
Coordinate with finance, HR, and other departments on budgets, performance metrics, and resource needs.
Oversee data collection and reporting systems across sales and operations to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Track and analyze metrics related to client success, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
Foster collaboration across teams to ensure alignment of goals and support the companys overall mission.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Experience in Operations Management or Sales Operations, ideally within a B2B tech or SaaS environment.
Proven track record of supporting strategic operational initiatives and implementing effective process improvements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and KPI management.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), ERP systems, and other relevant tools.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
