We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Experienced Release Manager to orchestrate and drive software releases for both our SaaS and On-Premise products.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, technical writers, and product teams to ensure seamless, reliable, and timely releases.
This role requires hands-on experience with Bitbucket, Jira, and Jenkins, along with strong coordination skills to manage releases, track issues, mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute software releases across SaaS and On-Prem environments.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to manage the end-to-end release cycle.
Leverage Bitbucket, Jira, and Jenkins to orchestrate CI/CD pipelines, track releases, and resolve blockers efficiently.
Provide structured, data-driven release summaries, risk assessments, and status reports to management and stakeholders.
Continuously improve release management processes, optimizing efficiency, automation, and reliability.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in release management and/or R&D project management.
Strong understanding of Bitbucket (branching, merging, pull requests, version control workflows).
Experience managing Jira workflows, releases, and issue tracking to streamline development cycles.
Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD best practices, with a focus on automation and deployment efficiency.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates, summaries, and risk reports.
Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Experience with feature flagging systems (e.g., LaunchDarkly) to enable controlled rollouts (advantage).
Knowledge of cloud and on-prem deployment strategies, including hybrid release models (advantage).
