We are seeking a DevOps Engineer who enjoys working beyond the traditional scope of infrastructure. This role is perfect for someone passionate about automation, system reliability, and who also has a strong inclination toward development.
Youll not only manage and optimize infrastructure, but also work directly with customers and production systems, helping to build tools, write scripts, and support backend services and deployment pipelines.
This is not your typical DevOps role. While you will collaborate with developers, much of your work will involve customer-facing activities, real-world troubleshooting, and ownership of live environments. Youll need to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting that requires adaptability, communication skills, and technical depth.
you will:
Kubernetes & Docker Operations -Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot containerized environments to support scalable application delivery.
System Monitoring & Troubleshooting -Monitor infrastructure performance, set up alerts, and proactively address system bottlenecks and outages in production environments.
Development & Scripting -Write and maintain scripts, ETL pipelines, automate data processing tasks, assist with backend workflows, and small services to improve both system efficiency and developer/customer workflows.
Customer-Facing Work -Act as a technical point of contact in front of customers, helping troubleshoot and resolve live issues while maintaining professionalism and clarity.
Collaboration with Developers and Customers -Work cross-functionally with engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure reliability, performance, and effective communication.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing -Create and maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, processes, and customer-specific configurations.
Travel -Participate in on-site work and collaboration tripsapproximately once every two months.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer.
As a DevOps engineer, you will have the opportunity to build an
E2E CI\CD pipelines from the ground up as well as be in charge of large
deployments and their healthiness. You will be working on monitoring, log
analysis, deployment, testing, rollout to production and much more.

understanding in DevOps methodologies, technologies, and tools.

Enable and enhance team developer workflows by developing CI/CD and automation capabilities.
Leading the monitoring of the teams offerings through logs, metrics, traces and more.
Taking part in a top-notch technology team, code reviewing and knowledge sharing.
Support the core research teams with their workflows using the teams solutions.

The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team at is responsible for provisioning and maintaining cloud infrastructure from development through production for all product initiatives, and working with developers and product managers to ensure that our products are not only reliable and performant, but also cost-efficient. Our platform is built on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and utilizes several other Google technologies such as Memorystore, Cloud Datastore, PubSub, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, and Vertex AI, as well as services from other vendors such as Amazon SES.

In the development process, SREs provide developers with stable and performant CI and release pipelines and development environments to facilitate frequent delivery of new product features. In production, SREs perform Tier 1 on-call and incident management functions, supporting a high-throughput platform which processes more than 15 billion events per day. To ensure the reliability of this environment for our customers, SREs work closely with developers and product managers to understand service level objectives, think through failures scenarios, and design systems which balance cost with reliability objectives. Additionally, SREs collaborate with the Information Security team to ensure that cloud infrastructure is properly secured, and that sufficient controls are in place to meet our compliance goals with respect to industry standards such as SOC 2.



Role Responsibilities
Write high-quality infrastructure-as-code that automates the provisioning, deployment, scaling, and monitoring of infrastructure to ensure that it is reliable and performant
Write maintainable code for product functionality with a primary emphasis on operations, scale, resiliency, and monitoring
Work with other engineers to ensure that new services are well-designed, properly monitored and have well-defined SLIs and achievable SLOs
Debug production issues, learn to mitigate them quickly, and find ways to prevent them
Maintain runbooks for manual tasks and replace those runbooks with automation whenever possible
Proactively track our capacity, quotas, and other performance limits to plan for growth
Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to handle product availability issues as well as urgent customer support escalations
