about the role:
this is a part-time (50%) position based at our tel aviv offices (no hybrid work option).
key responsibilities:
office management: overseeing daily office operations, maintaining an organized work environment, managing supplies and equipment, and handling general administrative tasks.
executive support: providing assistance to the ceo.
vendor management: making and following up on orders and working with external service providers.
hr support: assisting with hr administration, supporting new hire onboarding, and leading employee well-being initiatives.
event planning: planning, producing, and executing company events from start to finish.
recruitment support: assisting with recruitment activities as needed.
