What You Will Be Doing
Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and operational processes to cross-functional teams.
Manage and oversee global corporate entities, ensuring compliance with local governance and employment requirements.
Optimize legal department operations, including matter management, contract lifecycle management, workflow automation, and knowledge management.
Continuously improve contract templates, playbooks, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to drive legal initiatives forward.
Play an active role in enhancing Corporate Responsibility Program.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate and vendor agreements.
Handle ad-hoc legal and operational projects as business needs evolve.
Requirements: 2-4 years of corporate/commercial experience, preferably with a combination of law firm and in-house experience.
JD degree from an accredited law school.
On-site presence: 5 days in the office and willingness to work flexible hours to support global needs.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
