We are looking for a Financial Applications Implementor to join our Finance IT team. This role involves close collaboration with global colleagues across Finance, IT, Procurement, Product, Operations, HR, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage financial solutions, including both hosted and cloud-based applications such as SAP Business One, procurement systems, contract management systems, travel, expenses, consolidations, etc.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for processes and procedures, implementing these projects on a global scale.
Support and conduct user acceptance testing and training on new and existing processes and features.
Perform administrative tasks, vendor coordination, configuration, maintenance, and end-user support.
Manage application and add-on upgrades, data migration, report writing, and issue resolution.
Requirements:
2-3 years of technical and functional experience in ERP systems, specialising in financial modules.
Functional: Experience supporting accounting systems, with admin, finance, and purchasing modules.
Technical: Experience writing SQL reports, Crystal Reports, add-ons, and integration implementations.
1-2 years of experience with SAP B1 (SBO) - Advantage
Consolidation system (Tagetik) - Advantage
Familiarity with the B1Up add-on - Advantage
