Social Media & Digital Presence: Manage employer branding efforts on platforms to reach and engage top talent effectively.
Data & Analytics: Track, measure, and optimize the impact of employer brand initiatives using relevant KPIs (e.g., engagement, application rates, employer brand sentiment).
Events & Outreach: Lead employer branding efforts at career fairs, university partnerships, and industry events to strengthen our talent pipeline.
Requirements:
5+ years of proven experience in Employer Branding or Brand Marketing.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic employer branding initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.
Strong project management skillsable to balance multiple initiatives while delivering high-quality results.
Hands-on mindset with a proactive, can-do approach.
Excellent storytelling and content creation skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing, and employer branding tools.
Experience working with Marketing, Communications, and Talent Acquisition teams to align messaging and strategy.
