Required Content Programming Specialist Intern, Israel, 2025
Responsibilities
The Israel team is passionate about content on our platform. The team works on creative solutions to bring key moments and priority content categories to life by launching programs that inspire creativity from our diverse creator and publisher community. The team help to localise global or regional content initiatives, prioritising local nuances and collaborate with many different internal cross-functional team day to day. We're a fast paced, results oriented team, working across multiple projects and teams both in Tel Aviv and globally.
This role focuses on empowering publishers through content programming, driving product adoption, providing insights, and fostering partnerships. It enhances publisher growth and retention while ensuring alignment with our goals.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, interpret, and translate key quantitative metrics and business trends into strategic insights to support driving publisher accounts growth.
- Contribute to developing new content strategies to support content diversification.
- Content programming: assist in developing and monitoring metrics for program success, support programs execution to drive content performance and regular reporting on program performance and insights for improvement.
- Fine tune local goal setting based on local insights and deliver regular goal completion reports.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree or above.
- Availability for an internship of 3 months or more, with a commitment to working 5 days per week is preferred.
- Experience working with content publishers\creators, entertainment content and agencies.
- Professional proficiency in written and speaking in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong team collaboration skills with a clear, logical thought process.
- Highly self-driven with a strong sense of purpose and ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in in Hebrew is preferred (other languages are a plus) for smoother internal collaboration.
