We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our cloud team. This role is responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and innovation of our cloud solution, ensuring that it delivers best-in-class risk assessment and reporting capabilities. As the Director, you will lead a talented team of Product Managers as well as work on features hands-on. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, Product Marketing, and customer success to create and execute a strategic product roadmap that maximizes our platform's impact
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Leadership
* Define and own the Product Strategy for our cloud solution
* Develop and maintain a long-term vision that aligns with the companys strategic goals
* Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
* Work on both inbound and outbound aspects of the product Team Leadership & Collaboration
* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, ensuring alignment with the companys goals
* Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions
* Work closely with customer success and marketing to ensure market fit and adoption Execution & Delivery
* Define feature specifications based on familiarity with market, customer needs, and technical considerations
* Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs
Requirements:
Required Qualifications
* Product management: 5+ years of experience in product management, proven track record of delivering software products to market
* Management: 3+ years leading and mentoring product management teams
* Cloud security: deep level of experience in industry (product management, research, or security role)
* R&D background: ability to engage in conversations with development teams regarding architecture and software design
* Communications: excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English with the ability to present to executives and customers. Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment.
