As a Senior Technical Architect, you will lead our customers to realize the full business value of their integration landscape by enabling them to connect, activate and automate their applications, data, and agents. In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customer & partner stakeholders to optimize their MuleSoft Platform, their clouds and their wider application network.

Requirements: Required qualifications:
-Proven experience leading the architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale integration solutions composed from a diverse range of technologies, integration patterns, approaches and deployment models, such as:
-MuleSoft or similar integration/APIM products (e.g. Tibco, Boomi, SAP, IBM)
Event Driven Architecture, Microservices, batch-based processing patterns
Traditional, containerized or cloud based infrastructure.
-Experience in API life-cycle management, from API design and development through to deployment and operations and governance.
-Track record on leading migration initiatives from legacy systems (e.g. monolith applications), integration patterns (e.g. SOA), infrastructure towards more scalable and resilient architectures.
-Hands-on experience of applying DevOps & Agile principles and Software Engineering best practices.
-Success in leading and/or enabling distributed & diverse teams to deliver great results when faced with organizational complexity and ambiguous demands.
-A track record of adding to the team you are in through mentoring colleagues and forming internal initiatives to enhance and evolve the teams technical and consulting capabilities.
-Willingness to travel regularly to meet customer needs as required.
-An active interest in understanding how AI will benefit customer solutions and increase productivity across the Software Delivery Lifecycle.
-Hebrew (native speaker) and English (fluent written & spoken).
-Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
Preferred Requirements
-Achievement of MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect and MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect certification.
-Having acted as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders (C-level and/or Head of) with the proven ability to build influence and impact change across the wider organization.
-A track record of experimenting with new technologies and/or contributing to the open source community.
-Experience of learning and applying a variety of technologies outside of the integration domain (e.g. for App or Web Dev) and of carrying roles across the wider SDLC (e.g. QA, Operations, SysAdmin).
-A passion for continuous improvement where innovation has introduced tangible change to customers and colleagues.
-A polished public speaker with experience of presenting at industry conferences, meet-ups and/or company events.
-Industry specific domain knowledge which has been applied to tangibly increasing the value of a solution implemented for a customer.
-Holding external/third party qualifications and certifications relevant to this role (e.g. Salesforce, AWS, Azure, GCP).
-Strong capabilities (written & spoken) in additional languages prevalent across the EU.
