We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Team Leader to join our dynamic team.
In this role, youll not only manage a group of talented QA engineers but also play a critical part in shaping and elevating our QA methodologies. As a Quality Assurance Team Lead, you will manage a team of QA engineers, learn the product design and architecture to build & oversee the test plan creation, review and execution. You will deliver high quality products to production, set new QA standards and play a key role in the QA department reporting directly to the QA director.

What youll do:
Manage & lead a team of experienced QA engineers
Oversee & force high quality standards in software test plan & execution
Work closely with the Companys QA director, reporting and improving consistency
Develop, document, and perform comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Work with RnD & Production leaders to learn and provide data driven QA decisions
Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies in a complex data system, which consists of dozens of micro-services.
Guide the QA team in breaking down PRD into test plan working closely with Product in Agile methodologies
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on quality issues.
Participate in requirement and design review meetings.

What youll do:
Lead and Mentor the Automation Team Oversee and guide a team of QA automation engineers, providing technical mentorship, setting objectives, and fostering professional growth.
Define QA Automation Strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product, DevOps) to define and evolve the overall QA automation roadmap, ensuring alignment with product goals and release cycles.
Design, Develop & Oversee Automated Testing Architect and maintain automation frameworks for UI (e.g., Cypress) and API (e.g., Rest Assured). Establish coding standards, best practices, and reusable components to maximize efficiency and coverage.
Test Planning & Execution Work closely with product owners and developers to create test plans, define test scope, and ensure timely test execution (regression, performance, functional, security). Provide clear, detailed test reports and metrics.
Quality Gate Ownership Implement and refine quality gates within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure software reliability and maintain high-quality standards across releases.
Troubleshoot & Collaborate Investigate test failures, perform root-cause analyses, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues swiftly. Champion continuous improvement in automation practices.
Performance & Scalability Focus Identify performance bottlenecks, contribute to load/performance testing strategies, and optimize automation for distributed environments (K8s).

The QA Lead will manage a group of QA Engineers working in the development Agile teams and will be involved in all the phases of the products life cycle, from the design to the delivery and to the operation and maintenance. QA Lead will work closely with our Product department providing R&D feedback to the product requirements and verifying that the features are developed as per their PRDs. This position requires about 80% of hands-on involvement in tests automation, documentation and other daily QA activities.

Position Overview: We are looking for a Performance and Automation Technical Lead to drive the definition, implementation, and scaling of our performance and automation testing strategy across the platform. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires deep technical expertise in AWS services (including Lambda, EKS, and S3), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm), and modern automation and performance testing tools. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role. They must be able to guide cross-functional teams, define test levels and scenarios, and provide support on implementation while maintaining a strategic view of system-wide quality and performance. A strong “can-do” approach, deep understanding of microservices, and the ability to zoom out and see the big picture are essential for success in this role.






Responsibilities: · Own and evolve the end-to-end test automation and performance strategy for complex distributed systems. · Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing using modern tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). · Lead performance testing initiatives using tools like JMeter, k6, Gatling, and identify and troubleshoot system bottlenecks. · Drive integration of automation and performance tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent. · Provide hands-on leadership in using AWS services (Lambda, EKS, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.) with infrastructure as code via Terraform and deployment automation using Helm. · Collaborate with R&D, DevOps, and QA to align on quality goals and implement them across services and teams. · Define and document test level scenarios (unit, integration, system, performance, chaos) and coach teams on how to adopt them. · Build observability into the testing and performance lifecycle using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog. · Take ownership of system-wide test coverage, helping teams understand the big picture and ensuring resilience and scalability.
