We are looking for a Senior BI Developer with strong technical expertise and business acumen to join our growing BI & Analytics team. This broad role combines both front-end and back-end aspects.
Responsibilities
Lead complex, end-to-end projects, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the company (Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, etc.) to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions
Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports, ensuring automation and optimization
Define the structure and logic of new DWH tables needed for reporting
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across BI solutions
Troubleshoot and optimize BI solutions to enhance reliability and efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate BI Developer with a strong background in Data Analysis to join our growing data team. In this role, you will create scalable and reliable BI solutions, supporting our analysts, product, and operations teams with validated and actionable insights.
You will play a key role in developing a robust data infrastructure, building intuitive dashboards, and ensuring data integrity across all reporting layers. Core Responsibilities:
Dashboard & Reporting Development  Design, implement, and iterate KPI‑oriented Tableau dashboards, workbooks, and scheduled extracts that expose product, growth, and engagement signals.
Data Quality & Governance  Deploy validation tests, reconciliation queries, and lineage tracking to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and traceability across curated datasets and published metrics.
ETL / ELT Engineering  Partner with Data Engineering to architect, orchestrate, and tune batch and streaming pipelines. Hands‑on experience with Amazon Redshift and the Azkaban scheduler is a significant advantage.
Semantic‑Layer Stewardship  Own dimensional data models (star schemas), dbt models, and calculated fields to provide a single source of truth with predictable query performance.
Automation & Performance Optimisation  Eliminate manual data handling, reduce query latency, and lower compute spend through efficient SQL, materialised views, incremental loads, and caching strategies.
Stakeholder Enablement  Translate analytical requirements from Product, Marketing, Operations, and Executive teams into scalable, self‑service solutions; author documentation and deliver enablement sessions on metric definitions and Tableau best‑practices.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial tools and applications, and hands-on experience with systems like Salesforce, One Stream, and Expense Management systems. The candidate will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of these systems within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the analysis, design, and implementation of financial systems, including Salesforce, One Stream, and expense management tools.
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure effective integration and functionality of financial systems.
* Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of financial applications.
* Understand user needs and provide comprehensive support, including user training, guidance, and troubleshooting.
* Create and maintain documentation, including system specifications, user guides, and training materials.
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that system requirements align with business goals and processes.
* Assist in data analysis, reporting, and monitoring of financial applications.
* Write characterization documents and perform development tests to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
