We at High Sec Labs (HSL) a leading cybersecurity and secure connectivity company are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our development projects in a matrix environment. This includes working with marketing, design, development, and operations teams across all stages: from specification to development, production, and execution.

MUST:
B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering
8+ years of hands-on experience in project management
5+ years of experience in system development roles (e.g., Developer, system Engineer, Technical Manager)
Experience in matrix management (hardware, software, mechanics, QA )
Strong technical background understanding of electronics manufacturing processes
High proficiency in English and Hebrew (spoken and written)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Ability to work under pressure
Advantage:
Experience in the defense industry
M.Sc. in Systems Engineering
Previous experience as a system Engineer or Technical Manager
Experience supporting marketing teams
Additional academic degree
