Required Principal Product Manager - Security
We are one of the main pillars of our current offering and long-term strategy. We are pushing the boundaries of Software Supply Chain Security and introducing new and exciting features to developers, DevOps, and application security professionals. Were looking for a Principal Product Manager to own the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product strategy and go-to-market, and working closely with Engineering to deliver winning products with great user experience that customers love. It also includes working with customers, Sales, Marketing and Support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
As a Principal Product Manager you will
Lead initiatives involving several Product Managers and teams from the different cores delivering cross-product value.
Own the full cycle of product development including ideation, competitive analysis, client validation, discovery with R&D, spec writing, launching and monitoring.
Work alongside Product Analysts, UX/UI, Product Marketing and other functions in the organization to drive successful products and feature rollouts.
Build positive relationships and trust through strong cross-team interactions and get buy-in for the product vision across internal and external stakeholders.
Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product decisions by leveraging data and evidence gathered from customer usage and interviews, market research, and usage/adoption metrics.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP). This platform includes Next Generation Anti-Virus (NGAV) to guard against ransomware, exploits, and malware; Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) for real-time threat identification and mitigation; as well as Device Control, Personal Firewall, and more.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, managing the roadmap, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will play a pivotal role in translating complex technical challenges into clear, actionable requirements that drive product success.

As part of this role, you will:
Lead the vision, definition, and delivery of Gen-AI based shopping experiences, to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Manage a team of product managers, developing their careers while maintaining high standards of execution and delivery.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, science, product management, UX design, and business stakeholders, to define and execute a product roadmap to deliver upon these features and experiences.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap development to launch, optimization, and scaling.
Work back from our customers by learning from their feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to craft better experiences and ensure we are building the right features over time.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to measure the impact of personalized search experiences, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
Conduct rigorous analysis of market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for personalization and drive product strategy.
Communicate effectively with partners and senior leadership, including both technical and non-technical audiences, to present new product ideation, product strategies, progress updates, and business recommendations to drive alignment and create a buy-in for Personalization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own customer-facing Portal and product flows end-to-end, ensuring customers can operationalize the product effectively and reduce their risk.
Lead the product strategy and roadmap development, define the OKRs of the domain, track progress, and navigate to success
Work closely with engineering, design, and field teams to build and maintain the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and address daily challenges.
Engage with customers to deeply understand their challenges, identify opportunities, help them use the product successfully, and present new initiatives.

Required Technical Program Manager
