What you'll do:
Design and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals, ensuring our continues to be an employer of choice.
Act as a strategic partner to leaders at all levels, from team leads to VPs, providing expert HR guidance and support.
Understand business objectives and translate them into impactful HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering insights, coaching, and guidance on all aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and talent development.
Identify key people trends, using various data sources, within the organization and proactively develop strategies to enhance the employee experience.
Lead organizational and talent assessments, ensuring a strong talent pipeline and workforce capability to meet business demands.
Contribute to cross HR projects, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
Stay informed on labor laws and industry best practices, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements: What you have:
4-5 years of experience as an HR Growth Partner/HR Business Partner in a global company, preferably within Product/R&D teams.
Experience in large-scale organizations (1,000+ employees), working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a deep understanding of employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent adaptability and communication skills, thriving in fast-changing environments.
A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving key HR benchmarks and KPIs.
Passion for innovative HR solutions, process optimization, and creating exceptional employee experiences.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Bonus Points:
Organizational Development (OD) experience.
High-level proficiency in English.
Bachelors degree required, Masters degree is a plus.
