Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key media partners, including Google, Microsoft, Meta, and emerging ad networks.
Build strong, trust-based partnerships that create mutual value and long-term collaboration.
Serve as the main point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with Adcores business goals.
Negotiate and secure high-value partnerships, unlocking new opportunities for growth.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and media buying) to integrate partner solutions and optimize campaign performance.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
Represent at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or media relations in the digital marketing, ad tech, or media industries.
Proven track record of building, maintaining, and growing successful partnerships.
Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and programmatic media buying.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable partnership strategies.
A passion for collaborating, networking, and driving business growth.
Fluent English (spoken and written) additional languages are an advantage.
