What you will be doing:

Salesforce Admin: Manage Salesforce configuration, maintenance, and enhancements to support business needs. Suggest out of the box solutions and support the Service Cloud, FSL and Salesforce mobile app.
Implement & Optimize Information Systems: Lead the deployment of digital solutions, including new technologies or enhancement of current digital tools, while ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT best practices.
System Integration: Develop and manage integration between various applications, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency; using iPaaS integration tools such as Workato or different integration methods.
Automation & Efficiency Improvements: Identify opportunities for automation, implement workflow optimizations, and reduce manual efforts through innovative solutions.
Project Management: Oversee information system projects from inception to completion ensuring timely and successful delivery; Including timeline and budget management, project documentation and meeting security and compliance standards.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for application-related issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.

we are looking for a ERP Implementation Specialist
What you will be doing:

Configure and customize the ERP system, to enhance and improve functionality, while ensuring alignment with business needs
Manage complex projects, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, resources and timeline management, progress monitoring etc.
Implement integration solutions with relevant information systems or 3rd
Bring high quality ERP solutions to streamline Financial and operational data processes to support company growth and global footprint.
Work closely with Digital BRMs to understand the stakeholders business processes and requirements
Work closely with data engineers and BI to reflect the ERP data module to ensure quality analytics
2nd tier helpdesk ERP support. Provide technical support and training to end-users and meet the group SLA
Provide supportive documentation for training and change-controls.
ERP system maintenance, including system upgrades
Stay updated with ERP trends and emerging technologies to drive system improvements

Managing local and cloud infrastructure support systems (DNS, DDNS, VPN, network routing, Linux services and automation).

Install, configure, Linux and windows OS.

Network infrastructure: L2 L3, Fortigate, Linux based VPN clients.

Automate routine tasks.

Local site servers ,Network and management support.

User management with ADDS and Linux environments.

Global edge equipment management.

Ensure operating environments are properly configured and functioning as per requirements/engineering specifications and provide support for them to the developers.

Taking part in the system-related aspects of our cloud-based production environment.
