Description of Key Job Duties:
Act as the technical-commercial bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure BESS solutions align with client needs and project goals. Identify and engage key stakeholders in Israels energy sector (e.g., utilities, developers, EPCs) to promote and drive BESS adoption. Collaborate with engineering teams to craft tailored proposals, including system sizing, technical specifications, and basic financial modeling. Provide consultative guidance on BESS applications, local regulations, and market trends to support customer decision-making. Lead the development of persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses that highlight technical value and business impact (e.g., ROI). Influence technical win strategies to support sales target achievement and help accelerate project closure. Support contract negotiations and ensure seamless handover to execution teams. Monitor market developments, competitor moves, and policy changes to adjust sales approach and product positioning.

Requirements: Skills Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in the field of energy Storage. Fluent in Hebrew and English in order to liaise with local counterparties. Background in energy Storage, renewable energy, or related technologies is strongly preferred, with local BESS project experience highly desirable. Solid technical understanding of BESS, PCS, SCADA/EMS, electricity markets, and related systems. Familiarity with Israels energy regulations, permitting processes, and incentive mechanisms. Proven ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value and contribute to sales performance
