we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Solutions & Account Manager who is highly motivated to work in the automotive cybersecurity industry. It is a pivotal role where you will act as our customers primary point of contact, facilitating client onboarding, learning and understanding their needs and requirements, providing comprehensive technical solutions, and overseeing the entire client lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background, product expertise, a comprehensive understanding of sales pipelines of the automotive sector, and excellent account management skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to drive business growth.
What You Will be Doing
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and prioritizing their needs
Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and discussions to effectively showcase software products to clients and bring back feedback to improve the product
Identify how the software can address specific customer needs and provide value-added solutions
Collaborate with the development team to provide valuable input on product development based on customer feedback and market trends
Involvement in the pre-sales stage and providing technical support to clients during the sales process, addressing their inquiries and concerns
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and potential areas for product development or improvement
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, leveraging resources at each stage of the opportunity funnel
Engage in intelligent conversations with customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of the software products and building credibility
Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams, ensuring coordination to meet customer requirements and expectations
Requirements: At least 3 years of demonstrated success in managing large enterprise accounts (preferably in the Automotive and Cyber sectors) and providing a high level of customer satisfaction
Ability to collaborate effectively across R&D, product, and marketing teams.
Technical background with a solid understanding of software products to address technical integration challenges that may arise during the implementation process
Experience handling technical discussions independently and bringing product feedback to R&D.
Prior experience conducting technical demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the products.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, independent, and innovative approach to business development, attention to detail
Results-oriented and driven, with a strong desire to succeed and advance in a fast-paced startup environment, familiar with the intensity and demands of working in a startup environment
Excellent leadership and communication skills
High level of English; additional languages are an advantage
