Preparation of the group consolidated financial statements (based on US GAAP & related SEC guidance) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Analyze financial results.
Review subsidiaries reporting packages and act as corporate focal point to accounting teams worldwide.
Assist in the automation, development and implementation of new processes and system improvements to enhance department workflows.
Assist with ad-hoc projects such as system integrations, M&A activities and technical accounting research.
Assist with financial controls and sox compliance.
Verify compliance with corporate accounting procedures and policies.
Verify accuracy of financial data and revise errors.

The controller will be accountable for revenue-impacting and related areas within the finance organization, including revenue recognition, revenue forecasting, and enhancing and monitoring operational and accounting-based controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze new deals (ASC 606) and monitor existing ones
Responsibility for applying US GAAP for different, complex agreements including multiple-element transactions
Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Support in preparation and review of financial statements and other reports in compliance with US GAAP, specifically ASC 606
Involvement in the enforcement of company policies, procedures, and SOX
Identifying business risks
Take a significant part in various process improvements (including information systems implementation)
Ad-hoc projects

The official start date will be from Q1 2023
The position includes:
Preparation of financial statements
Support the overall financial accounting unit, working with our finance teams around the globe
Work closely with stakeholders and other departments, bringing important financial and accounting understanding to better the Companys offering
Assist with planning and implementation of new systems, reporting and ad hoc tasks and controls.

ROLE OBJECTIVES

Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible to provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
They are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis. The FP&A manager collaborates with various departments to gather and analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
They play a crucial role in financial reporting, preparing management reports, and presenting financial information to senior management.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead our financial planning process / cycles (MRP/ LBE, MYC etc).
Act as financial business partner, providing value-adding insights.
Control & monitor our budget and provide timely feedback / comments / analysis.
Responsible for the monthly regional reporting (e.g. BG, Flash, executive report etc).
Provide ad hoc analysis in various areas to support strategic business decisions.
Upgrade the local reports & analysis standards by continuously improving processing / systems / reports / analysis.
Support monthly / quarterly closing activities (e.g. accruals).
