Were seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the successful go-to-market, introduction, and adoption of this product.
As Product Marketing Manager, youll play a pivotal role in shaping market positioning, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving adoption among our target customers.
Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and growth to define the product's value proposition, identify customer needs, and create compelling messaging and positioning.
You will be responsible for executing strategic marketing plans that generate awareness, drive customer acquisition, and contribute to revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the product management, design, and customer success teams to gather product feedback, influence product roadmaps, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the product life cycle
Develop a deep understanding of the product, its unique value proposition, and target customer segments. Craft compelling positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the product's benefits and differentiation in the market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that maximize awareness and user acquisition of the product
Leverage customer research, feedback, and market intelligence to develop accurate customer segments and identify key customer pain points, needs, and preferences. Align marketing initiatives to address these insights and create compelling customer experiences
Create impactful marketing materials, including product videos, website content, emails, and blog posts, that effectively communicate the value and benefits of the new product and increase awareness and adoption
Plan and execute the successful launch of the new product, including coordinating marketing activities, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies as needed. Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
Improve user journeys to increase customer acquisition, conversion, and engagement rates.
Requirements:
5+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager in B2C/B2B (SaaS experience - an advantage)
Strong understanding of top-of-funnel marketing, customer acquisition, and adoption strategies
Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, including positioning, messaging, and campaign planning
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences and channels, including crafting wireframes and mockups
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
